इस गाँव में किसानों ने अपनी
सुविधाओं के अनुसार सहयोग
समितियों का निर्माण कर
रखा था, जिन्हें हम लोग
"कृषि सहयोग समिति" कह
सकते हैं। एक कहावत
भी है कि -

"सब जन कैल बिनरावै
जन भुवन के देव
सेरल के बेटा उमरावै
जन सेटा के गेल"

इस तरह स्पष्ट है कि उस
कृषि सहयोग समिति के
प्रत्येक सदस्य की खेती-कम(?)
से हो जाती थी। स्वतं-
त्रता पहले तय कर लेते थे
जिसके कार्यक्रम आवश्यकता
देखकर बनाया जाता था।
कभी-कभी प्रभावशाली(?)
सदस्य कभी-कभी गरीब(?)
लेकिन कार्य में फर्क
नहीं था। (जैसे से पता चलता है)

In this village, farmers had formed cooperative societies according to their convenience, which we can call "Agricultural Cooperative Society". There is also a saying -

"When all work together
The gods of the people
The son of Seral prospers
With the support of the people"

Thus it is clear that every member of that agricultural cooperative society had their farming work done with less (effort?). They would decide independently beforehand, and the program was made according to the needs. Sometimes influential(?) members, sometimes poor(?) but there was no difference in the work.
