उसकी जेमा बुलाई जाती थी।
अधिकांश काम छोटा सा हो
तब गाँव के मुखिया और
कुछ गण्यमान्य लोग प्रयः
ही उसका फैसला कर देते
थे। प्रत्येक परिवार को
चन्दा उठाने के
अन की प्रमात्र अनुसार
लगता था। जैसे 1" प्रतिबीघे
मा उसी हिसाब से।
लेकिन मजदूर लोगों को
कम्या(?) नहीं लगता था टैक्स(?)
से भी उन लोगों की छुट्टी
थी। लेकिन बदले में
शारीरिक श्रम (manual labour)
करना पड़ता था।
