जो "मेरी" कहलाता था। "मेरी" को देखते ही "भगवा" चिढ़ा उठता था और अपनी विशेष पद्धति से रोगी के विषय में कहने लगता था। अन्त में वह घोषणा करता था कि रोग से छुट्टी मिल जाने पर रोगी की पूजा के रूप में अमुक-अमुक चीजें देवी की सेवा में उपस्थित करनी पड़ेगी। "भगवा" के साथ रहने वाले को "ओझरिया" और उनके गीत और भजनों को "देवास" कहते थे। कभी-कभी उच्चवर्गीय लोग भी "भगवा" बन जाते थे। "भगवा" लोग अपने जीवन को प्रदर्शन(?) के द्वारा लोगों की भीड़ करते थे। लोगों पर इसका प्रभाव अधिक रहता था और उससे डरना स्वाभाविक ही था।
